Actualization (positive atmosphere): Rooted in trust, respect with regards to the person's self-worth.

Thinker:
Thoughtful approval; demonstrates through actions rather than words; deal with solid, tangible, factual evidence.

Director:
Keeps relationships business-like; argue facts; give recognition for ideas; are precise, original, efficient, well organised.

Expressor:
Warm and direct; engage you; raise business in a social manner; are direct with their affirmation; tend to be very quick; need to tie them down to what they say.

Relator:
Support feelings; show personal interest; discuss personal opinions; slow manner.

FEAR

Manipulation (negative atmosphere): Rooted in fear, of being hurt or controlled by another person.

Driver:
Competitive, self-centred, calculating, arrogant. Under pressure: assume more control, get very dominant.

Underdog:
Docile, dependant, subservient. Under pressure: Become very submissive, anxious to reduce friction; avoid confrontation at any cost.

Socializer:
Hyper-extrovert. Under pressure: Get angry, attack.

Avoider:
Rebellious, aloof, distrusting person; detached, uninvolved with others. Under pressure: Get stuck in something unrelated to the conflict; detach and withdraw.
